Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned designer to lead the design of our fan-facing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end solutions for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Design and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for sports, entertainment, or online communities.
  • Skills in branding or creative storytelling.
