Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Digital Experience Designer to lead the creation of user-centric, visually appealing, and functional digital products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms, with a primary focus on UI/UX (80%) and additional involvement in graphic design (20%).

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and visual assets.
  • Work closely with developers, marketers, and product teams to implement designs effectively.
  • Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to product improvement discussions.
  • Ensure consistency in design across all digital touchpoints.
  • Optimize designs based on feedback, user behavior, and analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise for web and mobile applications.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with interaction design, user flows, and prototyping.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
