Front Office Manager

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, be a strategic thinker, and have the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies that support achievement of hotel goals.
  • Manage the operation of the front office and related areas during assigned shifts.
  • Create a positive first impression by supervising door, concierge, and front office areas.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of processes and procedures for assigned departments.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to develop an informative database for decision-making.
  • Plan and coordinate hotel housing activities by working closely with sales, catering, housekeeping, and other departments.
  • Ensure seamless transition during shift changes by developing and implementing processes for communication between shifts.
  • Greet all arriving VIPs and provide excellent customer service.
