Director of Contact Centre Operations

Dream Job: Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Contact Centre.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader with significant experience in contact centre operations to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Thinker: Identify opportunities for process improvement, manage stakeholders, and build client relationships.
  • Develop and implement best practices in contact centre operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • RPA/Analytics certification preferred.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable.

Note: The working hours will be 9 hours/day and 5 days a week. However, there may be occasional night shifts and fortnightly/monthly calls between 06:30am-02:00pm IST.
