Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Indore. This full-time position involves executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth through exemplary customer relationship management and deal closures. The successful candidate will collaborate with seasoned professionals in the human resources services industry to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and establish initial contact to assess their needs and promote company products or services.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their requirements and offering viable solutions.
- Engage in productive negotiations to close sales deals and secure business for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions for reporting and analytics purposes.

- Sales Strategy: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence.
