Job Description:

Retail Sales Operations Management

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to lead our retail sales operations in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth through effective channel management and marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Retail Sales or related field (preferably in wood coatings/finishes).
  • Strong understanding of wood finishes/wood coatings products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
