Key Role: Data Entry Clerk

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our accounting team. As a key member, you will be responsible for accurately checking purchase bills and entering data into our SAP software system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and enter vendor information into the SAP system
  • Process and record all purchase bill entries in Tally and SAP
  • Generate sales bills and maintain accurate records

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of software systems, including SAP and Tally. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as leadership and learning skills. Additionally, you will need to possess knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
