
Sales & Marketing Executive

I. Marketing
- Client Acquisition and Development:
- Conduct daily meetings with a minimum target of 12-15 potential clients from
sectors like tiles, sanitary manufacturing and laminate roles.
- Secure new partnerships with companies, expanding Tatakalorry's client base.
- You have to add Transporters, Vehicles and other potential factories.
- Submit daily reports detailing client interactions, order confirmations, and any
challenges encountered. You shall be given a format, daily reports needs to be
submitted in that format.
- Lead Generation and Sales:
- Identify and source new business opportunities through proactive marketing
efforts.
- Close deals by securing new factory dispatches with a minimum daily target of
as discussed in monthly meetings.
- Track and report on monthly revenue generated from new client acquisitions.
- All payments taken only through cheque, bank or electronic payments mode and not any cash dealings.
- Activity Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate daily logs of travel distances between office and client
locations and submit to HO. On meeting - daily submit selfies, live location &
card of the party.
- Submit daily reports in evening documenting client meetings, order
confirmations, and challenges encountered.
- Company Representation:
- Uphold a professional demeanor during all client interactions, representing
Tatakalorry in a positive light.
II. Warehouse Management (Secondary Responsibility - 5 Days/Month)
- Assist with warehouse operations as assigned by the warehouse supervisor for the
designated 5 days per month. Specific tasks may include (but are not limited to)
inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation.
III. Additional Responsibilities:
- Carry and utilize the company-provided mobile phone for all business
communications and you should be available on it at all times.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Tatakalorry's business operations within the
first 15 days of employment.
- During Marketing Days your timings will be 9 to 9
- During Warehouse Management Days timings will be 12 to 12.
- You can take 2 leaves on Sundays as per company rules.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
