Job Summary:

Seven Solar Energy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about clean energy and looking to build a career in solar project sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals for residential, commercial, and industrial solar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through field visits, Cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Explain solar solutions to potential customers based on their energy needs and site conditions.
  • Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals, quotations, and ROI reports.
  • Follow up with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain client relationships and support post-sales processes.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the sales manager.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, products, and government policies related to solar.
  • Represent Seven Solar Energy at exhibitions, awareness drives, and client events.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream (Engineering or Marketing background preferred).
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development (Solar or renewable energy preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp Business tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
