Job Title: Transformation Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Expert to lead and manage large-scale transformation initiatives across the anti-financial crime landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, including resource allocation, risk management, and change control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in SCB's change delivery standards and governance requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Business Heads, COOs/CIOs, Frontline, Middle Office/Operations Risk, Legal & Compliance (L&C), Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Experience working in or dealing with Compliance and associated matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to converse in appropriate levels of detail.
  • Proficient in tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Office, Confluence, ADO, etc.
