Telecom Project Lead Role

Drive the implementation of strategic telecom projects to propel digital transformation. As a Telecom Project Lead, you will oversee the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in requirements gathering, business analysis, and project management to deliver end-to-end telecom solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to develop and implement unified digital frameworks, integration plans, and streamlined processes for regulatory compliance.
  • Provide telecom domain expertise, especially in 4G/5G networks and operations, to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Conduct stakeholder consultations to ensure alignment with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and field units.
  • Develop and implement training materials and user adoption support for new systems, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Master's Degree / MBA / PGDA (preferred).
  • 20+ years of experience in the Telecom industry, with a deep understanding of telecom licensing & spectrum management, government and regulatory frameworks, and telecom network operations.
  • Proven skills in telecom policy interpretation, process digitization, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, with effective communication in both technical and policy environments.
  • 5G Certification from a reputed institute.
