Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Transformation Expert to lead our Finance transformation programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and leading the full lifecycle of SAP Finance transformation programs—from project scoping to delivery and post-go-live support.

Key responsibilities include defining program strategy, roadmap, and key milestones aligned with business objectives, ensuring overall program governance, quality control, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FICO submodules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, CO-PA, and proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (greenfield or brownfield).

Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of SAP experience, with 7+ years in SAP FICO
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Project/Program Management within SAP landscapes
  • Hands-on experience with project methodologies including Agile, SAP Activate, and Waterfall
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and issue resolution
