**Finance consultant (FICO)**

We are seeking an experienced Finance consultant with deep expertise in SAP FICO to lead the financial aspects of an S/4HANA discovery for a client in the automotive, spare parts space. The consultant will work closely with the client's finance team to understand current processes, define future-state financial capabilities and asses the SAP system landscape. The consultant will also be involved and provide inputs for the definition of the Target Operating Model (TOM) and roadmap, as well as provide insights into the possible deployment option and transition approach. The consultant will engage with senior stakeholders and independently lead the engagement in his area of expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead workshops with client stakeholders to understand current financial processes and requirements
- Define future-state capabilities aligned with the client's business objectives
- Assess the existing SAP FICO landscape and recommend deployment options
- Contribute to the development of the TOM and roadmap for financial processes
- Collaborate with other consultants to ensure finance processes are integrated with supply chain, logistics and sales functions.
- Provide advise on SAP deployment options and transition strategies, considering the complexities of all the countries in scope
- Present findings, recommendations and solutions to senior client stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO with strong focus on finance transformation projects
- Proven experience in leading discovery and design phases for SAP implementation or upgrade projects
- Expertise in financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and controlling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive client engagements
- Industry experience in supply chain, manufacturing or automotive sectors is highly desirable.
