Global Mobility Operations Specialist

This is a global role that forms part of the broader reward function within HR. The team supports all end-to-end matters relating to mobile employees and immigration.

  1. Manage cost projections and related documents in respect of mobility requests.
  2. Collaborate with tax service providers to manage expatriates tax reporting and tax equalization on a global basis, ensuring compliance with global tax and social security legislations.
  3. Manage compensation accumulation processes for mobile employees and drive coordination with internal teams and external vendors to ensure employer compliance.
  4. Optimize current global mobility processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and overall employee experience during relocations and assignments.
  5. Collaborate closely with vendors to initiate and manage immigration procedures effectively.
  6. Oversee vendor invoice clearance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Work closely with finance teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  7. Assist in formulating and computing expatriates payroll and allowance, including COLA index updates and housing allowance reviews.

Requirements:

  1. 5-7+ years experience in mobility tax/compensation/general administration.
  2. Strong desire to improve and streamline processes, driving change.
  3. Keen focus on risk and controls.
  4. Attention to detail and high-quality standards relating to documentation, processes, and control environments are essential.
  5. Confident self-starter who can work under pressure, using initiative and drive to meet deadlines.
  6. Tech-savvy; highly competent in MS Office products, with experience working with modern tools/platforms highly desired.
  7. Experience managing large datasets.
  8. Track record leveraging tech to automate and enhance business processes.
