Job Description

The Retail Experience Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail experience centre, ensuring that customer experiences meet the highest standards.

This includes managing staff, inventory, and visual merchandising to create an engaging and welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail management, preferably with a background in furniture and home decor.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the retail experience centre efficiently, ensuring all aspects of customer experience meet HL standards.
  2. Maintain high levels of housekeeping and hygiene standards throughout the centre.
  3. Conduct regular stock and sample audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Attend to customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Timely reporting to the retail operations team on a daily basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail store management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a store manager in retail.
  • Furniture and Home Decor industry experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.
  • Well-versed in Store Operations and SOP Management.
