Telephonic Sales Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telephonic Sales Team Supervisor to oversee the performance of our telesales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve exceptional sales outcomes.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 60+ telesales pharmacists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Be the go-to person for escalations, problem-solving, and on-floor decision-making.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/call centre sales with exposure to team handling.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire performance, and make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
