Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services for dairy milk collection machines across various territories in Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the installation of FATSCAN, AMCU, and DPMCU systems as per service calls received from the support department.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories to attend to field-level machine installation work, repairs, calibrations, and testing.
  • Manage AMC contracts and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through mail and call to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Provide training to new engineers, dealers, and clients on new vision equipment.
  • Participate in technical discussions with technical staff and repair faulty equipment.
  • Ensure the maintenance of machines in various milk collection cooperative dairy unions and submit installation reports as required.

Requirements:

  • BE (Electrical or Instrumentation) or ITI-Electrical Trade or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in field service or technical support.
  • Proficiency in both English and Tamil languages.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • A willingness to travel extensively.
