Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive to build the product brand and achieve sales targets by providing comprehensive service and application support to OEM/EU customers. This role involves managing customer relationships, forecasting sales, and identifying new project business opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Build the product brand and value proposition in the market.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned OEM/EU customers.
- Ensure service and application support to assigned customers.
- Handle the collection of receivables and statutory forms.
- Identify and encash new project business.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Perform forecasting and reporting of sales, trends, and competitor activities.
- Submit all travel and other claims in a timely manner.
- Maintain documents and records as per the department's QMS procedure.

Skills Required

- Proven ability to build a product brand and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in providing technical service and application support.
- Strong skills in receivables collection and documentation management.
- Ability to identify and secure new project business.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
- Knowledge of QMS procedures and documentation.
