Job Title Field Sales Executive - Programming Courses Job Type Full-time Experience 1-3 years in sales EdTech experience preferred Salary Fixed Performance-based Incentives About Us We are a fast-growing EdTech company offering industry-aligned programming and tech courses curated by top professionals from IITs and global universities We are on a mission to make technical education more accessible practical and job-relevant Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our programming courses to students working professionals and colleges The ideal candidate is self-motivated target-driven and passionate about technology and education Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to colleges training institutes coaching centers and relevant organizations Identify potential leads and convert them into enrollments for programming courses Deliver presentations and product demos to students and academic decision-makers Collect and maintain detailed records of prospects follow-ups and conversions Distribute promotional materials and participate in education fairs seminars Collaborate with the marketing team for localized promotions and lead generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance regularly Required Skills Proven experience in field sales preferably in EdTech or course sales Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of programming languages and tech education trends Fluency in Local Language and English Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field preferred BBA BCA BSc or related fields Prior experience in educational sales or tech course promotion is a plus Benefits Attractive incentive structure based on performance Travel and mobile allowance Opportunity to grow into a team leader or regional manager role Work with a passionate team focused on impact-driven education Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 16 500 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English Required Work Location In person
