Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and reliable Medical Gas System Specialist to oversee the installation maintenance and repair of medical gas supply systems within our healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operation theatre anesthesia technology or a related field with 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monitor and maintain medical gas manifold systems including oxygen nitrous oxide vacuum and compressed air.
  • Ensure uninterrupted and safe delivery of gases to critical areas such as ICUs OTs and patient wards.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of the gas plant and manifold systems.
  • Monitor cylinder pressures changeover operations and ensure proper documentation log maintenance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely refilling and replacement of gas cylinders.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to gas delivery systems.
  • Follow safety protocols and hospital policies regarding gas handling and storage.
  • Collaborate with biomedical and facility management teams during emergency breakdowns or audits.
