Technical Solutions Expert
About the Role:We seek an experienced professional to provide technical sales guidance and product expertise to our clients in the enterprise space.
This individual will work closely with our sales teams to develop tailored solutions during sales cycles, understanding business and technical problems addressed by our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging technology to drive business growth, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.
- Develop and position technology-based solutions during sales cycles.
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by our products.
- Interview customers to uncover their technology architecture and business needs.
- Partner with sales teams in customer account and strategy planning.
- Sell the value of our solution, not just features and functions.
- Support regional marketing events, user conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
- Demonstrate the product to prospects and existing customers.
- Collaborate in creating product demo scripts and scenarios.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
- Stay current on product developments and brief customers on product roadmaps.
- Conduct transition briefings and communicate commitments.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in leveraging AI, expertise in enterprise software pre-sales solution consulting or engineering, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
