Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join our Corporate Travel Operations team who has a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in handling visas.

Our organization provides intensive internal travel department training and an individualized mentorship program to develop your travel knowledge and customer service skills.


You Will:
  1. Provide exceptional attention to detail, traveler care, and customer service to employees.
  2. Familiarity with international travel procedures and requirements for air, hotel, car, and rail travel arrangements.
  3. Ensure the latest updated policies, procedures, and desk instructions are read and complied with.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  5. Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage.

Counsel clients on efficient, effective travel solutions in coordination with business travel policies. Comply with all legal and industry standards.


Requirements:
  1. Any graduate diploma or degree (travel tourism would be an added advantage but not necessary).
  2. Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in the travel/or visa domain.
  3. World geography knowledge.
  4. Ability to build excellent business relationships with customers, peers, and seniors.
  5. Should be a team player, yet self-motivated.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  9. Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
