Our team is seeking an experienced Travel Specialist to join our ranks. This role requires a skilled professional with excellent customer service skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide personalized travel solutions to clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets to suggest tailored packages and services.
  • Flight & Hotel Bookings: Utilize various booking systems to arrange flights, accommodations, transfers, and other travel-related services.
  • Tour Packages: Design and sell customized itineraries that combine flights, accommodation, tours, and activities.
  • Client Support: Provide assistance with travel-related concerns, including itinerary changes, cancellations, or rebookings.
  • Visa & Documentation: Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with necessary documentation.
  • Promotions & Offers: Keep clients informed about the latest travel deals, promotions, and discounts on flights, hotels, and packages.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings and offering upsell services such as travel insurance or car rentals.
  • Post-Travel Assistance: Provide support to clients post-travel, including handling feedback and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on travel trends, new destinations, and travel products to offer competitive and relevant advice.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients by providing personalized services and understanding their travel preferences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and its products.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
