Corporate Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a Corporate Travel Coordinator to oversee all aspects of corporate travel policy, operations, and expense management for our organization. This key role involves managing corporate travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving operational efficiencies through system optimization and robust oversight of T&E card usage.

This position requires the ability to develop and implement effective travel policies in coordination with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in global corporate travel and expense management, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel Policy Development: Develop and implement travel policies in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with key suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
  • Booking and Itinerary Management: Work with the Global Travel Partner to handle all booking and itinerary management.
  • Expense Management: Conduct T&E spending reporting and analysis to optimize budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance.
  • Travel Risk Management: Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure traveler safety and provide solutions for travel-related emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in global corporate travel and expense management.
  • Strong understanding of travel policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with expense management systems and travel booking tools, ideally SAP Concur and AMEX Global Travel platforms.
  • Project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
