Job Overview

Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage travel arrangements for the organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and employees to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for all travel-related services.
  • Develop and implement strategic policies and programs for corporate travel.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with vendors.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other vendors.
  • Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, and import/Visa requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of travel procedures.
  • Facilitate timely payment processing for vendors.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in travel management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to perform complex data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with travel industry software and systems.
  • Knowledge of international travel regulations and laws.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
