Travel Experience Manager

This role involves being the trusted guide between customers and their next unforgettable journey. Your key responsibility will be to curate seamless, personalized travel experiences while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

About This Role:
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budgets through effective engagement.
  • Research and curate tailored itineraries using digital tools and resources.
  • Achieve sales targets by leveraging your travel expertise, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving profitable bookings.
  • Manage reservations for accommodations, transport, tours, and other services.
  • Provide real-time assistance and support to customers during their trips.
  • Stay informed on global travel trends, destination updates, and travel advisories.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel package sales.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, cultures, and trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with travel booking platforms and software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; strong negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with empathy and professionalism when handling customer challenges.
