Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, supporting HR operations, and driving employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, and onboard top talent.
  • Manage payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations) with strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India or UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with being proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
