Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic working environment. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks that require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform real-time back office operations in a 24x7x365 working environment.
  • Handle global contract management between airlines, competitive analysis, airline fare data management, claim handling, and fare filing.
  • Assist with logistics and freight profile activities such as global cargo booking support, shipment monitoring, flight optimization & margin management.
  • Provide customer service through voice-based contact centre for customers, corporates, business houses, agents, and airlines.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be a graduate from any discipline.
  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Be open to learning, flexible, and adaptable.
  • Possess good coordination and teamwork skills.
