We are seeking a professional to drive sales and outreach strategies across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition & Conversion:
- Own and execute end-to-end sales funnel from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Conduct consultations, demos, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads and maintain high engagement throughout the client lifecycle.
- Customize pitches and proposals for different audiences.
- Outreach & Partnership Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with various organizations.
- Support regional outreach initiatives including visits, webinars, and events.
- Identify new market opportunities and assist in expansion efforts.
- Represent the organization at various events.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on lead generation and service delivery.
- Track key metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue closed using CRM tools.
- Share regular reports and insights to inform strategic planning and pipeline forecasting.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, offering support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Ensure a seamless handover process to other teams.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive referrals and renewals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - ideally in a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and drive conversions.
- Capable of influencing stakeholders and presenting insights.
- Leadership qualities and potential to manage a team or lead initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for meetings and events.
