Are you a customer service professional seeking a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Executive/Sales Executive to join our team

This role involves being the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrolment is smooth and memorable. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide clear information about our health transformation programs
  • Guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with internal coaching teams
  • Manage and update client data using CRM tools and systems
  • Support clients with after-enrolment needs and escalate concerns when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
