This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Manager located in Ahmedabad. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and improving customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills for data analysis and creating actionable insights, excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions, sales and market segmentation experience, project management capabilities, and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

The selected candidate will join a team that specializes in plant-based beauty products crafted with FDA-approved herbal formulations. We serve markets in UAE, Iraq, Iran, Nepal, and Southeast Asia, empowering global clean beauty with trust, consistency, and care.
We are looking for a skilled professional who can oversee customer communications, coordinate with sales and marketing teams, create reports on customer insights, and manage customer segmentation projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
