Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to spearhead our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote products to existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners through regular communication and site visits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support sales promotion activities such as trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
Additional Duties:
  • Manage product samples, track shipments, and update clients accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, customer feedback reports, and pipeline updates for senior management review.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product databases, client details, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical sales and possess excellent planning and execution skills. They will be able to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and global trade practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
