
Business Development Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center to ensure seamless delivery of sales goals.
- Develop and implement results-driven sales strategies to achieve impressive sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Establish clear performance objectives for call center agents and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree with strong academic record.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Must have hands-on experience in call center outbound sales with expertise in quantitative analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Performance Metrics:
- Monitor decile-wise performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Evaluate agent performance using metrics such as occupancy, TT, AHT, login hours, etc.
Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Supervising/Leadership skills with ability to lead high-performing teams.
- Influencing and relationship-building skills.
