Maximize Your Sales Potential with a Proactive Role

We're seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Sales Development Representative. This opportunity will challenge you to identify and engage finance decision-makers at mid-sized enterprise companies, driving a qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective outreach strategies via email, cold calls, and other tactics to generate quality leads.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound interest, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with ideal customer profiles.
  • Understand the value proposition of our product and communicate it effectively to CFOs, Controllers, and finance teams.
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, passing qualified opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns, content, and personas.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Key Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B SDR, business development, or inside sales role (experience in SaaS, finance-related industries or Accounting is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A comfortable working environment with clear KPIs.
  • An organized, self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance sales team.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator.
  • A genuine interest in financial technology and solving problems for finance teams.
