Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily sales reports before 10:00 AM and circulate them among department heads and owners.", "
  • Cashier daily revenue transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company standards.", "
  • Prepare and issue management reports as required.", "
  • Reconcile credit cards daily and post to the system.
", "

Cashiering Duties:

", "
  • Collect and count cash envelopes daily with a witness.", "
  • Record all amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report.", "
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests, and maintain a register of petty cash advances.
", "

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.", "
  • Assist the chief accountant with annual and interim audits.", "
  • Maintain proper filing and ensure adherence to record retention policies.
", "

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.", "
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:
