As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our products and services to potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to set up and maintain a demonstration area at various events, ensuring it is tidy and well-stocked with products, samples, and literature.

  • You will demonstrate the features of our product or service to potential customers, utilizing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share information when necessary.
  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills will come into play as you answer any questions potential customers may have about our product or service.
  • You will record transactions and stock levels, process customer payments, and generate reports that outline customer interest levels, questions asked, and product sales/distribution.

To excel in this role, you will need a high school diploma and proven working experience as a promoter. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • You should possess excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with a proven track record of successful promotions.
  • A customer-oriented approach, outgoing and friendly personality, and professional appearance are essential qualities for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also a must-have.
