Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing existing client relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize defaults, while also actively identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of installments and minimize defaults.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from retail mortgages.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client properties for mortgage purposes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of retail mortgage products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
