As a Business Development Partner, you will play a key role in driving growth for our organization by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
This is a commission-only role, offering a competitive earnings potential for high performers. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach efforts
- Buidling strong relationships with decision-makers to advance business opportunities
- Presenting our services with confidence and professionalism to secure new clients
- Managing a qualified sales pipeline to drive revenue growth
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
- Results-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with software/technology sectors (preferred, not essential)
