Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll, HR operations, and compliance activities.
  • Implement company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct recruitment processes across various levels.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of statutory compliances.
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data handling, reporting, etc.).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to HR systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of generalist HR functions and responsibilities.
