Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Human Resource Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, and serving as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to ensure HR practices are strategically aligned with business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Employee Relations & Management:
  • Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business units with their HR needs.
  • Handle employee engagement, provide performance management support, and assist with employee relations.
  • Administration & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with compliance and statutory requirements.
  • Drive HR initiatives that are aligned with the organization's objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people and contributing to organizational growth through HR.
  • Professional experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HRBP responsibilities.
