About the Job Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce efficiency and compliance across manufacturing facilities.

Key Objectives:
The key objectives of this position include:

  • Ensuring efficient and compliant workforce management at manufacturing facilities.
  • Coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill vacancies.
  • Implementing digitization of compliances.
  • Managing labour contractors and contract labour.
  • Leading the HR function during regulatory audits.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The responsibilities and accountabilities of this role include:

  • Participating actively in manpower planning and organizational structuring at manufacturing facilities.
  • Ensuring that all new employees are effectively inducted and integrated into their respective functions.
  • Maintaining secure employee records at manufacturing facilities.
  • Adhering to defined processes for updating employee records in Success Factors.
  • Liaising with statutory authorities under various statutes.
  • Tracking legal cases until effective resolution.
  • Preparing HR policies and processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Building a sound knowledge and understanding of all regulatory requirements from an HR point of view.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A degree in human resources with at least 12 to 15 years of experience.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience leading plant HR activities.
  • Compliance Coordinator: ensuring statutory compliance across manufacturing facilities and offices.
  • Talent Acquisition Specialist: strategically planning and structuring manpower needs for manufacturing facilities.
  • Employee Relations Manager: cultivating positive employee relations, handling grievances, and leading HR during regulatory audits.
  • HR Operations Coordinator: maintaining secure employee records at manufacturing facilities and overseeing labour contractors.
