Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering results-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effective team leadership, with strong skills in task assignment and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Task delegation and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
  • Development and maintenance of real-time trading applications using C++ and C#.
  • Integration of third-party APIs (e.g., market data feeds, FIX protocol) with internal systems for enhanced functionality.
  • Optimization and refactoring of codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance.
  • Design and implementation of automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability.
  • Monitoring and support of production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Development of back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research.
  • Ensuring code adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Strong proficiency in C++, C# programming languages.
  • Expertise in third-party API integration and system design.
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system architecture.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
