Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the end-to-end execution of our Mobile Banking project, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that include project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Manage project activities including meetings, documentation, and risk registers to minimize potential risks and maximize outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to drive project success.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of experience in the Banking/ Fintech/IT sector with at-least 4 years of exposure to Mobile banking & Internet banking projects / programs with min 3 years of Banking sector experience.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with expertise in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks, with ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to facilitate effective collaboration across departments.
