Job Description\Helpers"), Quality Assurance Specialist - Digital Banking, we seek a highly skilled professional with 8+ years of experience and strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about test automation and modern quality engineering practices, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant banking solutions.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core Banking APIs. They will also build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.

Additionally, the specialist will participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle. They will actively learn and adopt new testing tools and techniques, especially in automation and AI-assisted testing, to continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.
  • Solid understanding of digital banking workflows, including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
  • Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered testing tools and concepts, such as AI-driven test case generation.
  • Experience in shift-left testing practices, working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
  • Holds an ISTQB Test certification
