Project Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to spearhead various initiatives and ensure their successful execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications;
  2. Conduct thorough business analysis to identify requirements, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in processes and systems;
  3. Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables;
  4. Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and ensuring that expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle;
  5. Assist in change management processes, identifying potential impacts and developing strategies to mitigate risks;
  6. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and status reports;
  7. Familiarize yourself with project costs and assist in effort estimation to support project budgeting and resource allocation;
  8. Utilize JIRA for project tracking, issue management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team.
