Technical Operations Manager Role

The position of Technical Operations Manager is available within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the technical aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for maintenance and inventory management to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of pre-emptive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Review and improve service practices to meet industry standards and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules.
  • Manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle conflicts and issues related to engineering matters independently.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect facilities and identify areas for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure maintenance services meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance deadlines.
  • Effectively manage teams and resources to achieve operational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Generate inventory and purchasing reports for spares and consumables.
  • Compile downtime and breakdown incident reports.
