Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Manager

The Senior Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technical professionals and overseeing the delivery of complex projects. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage daily activities of the technical team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Project Management: Oversee project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other leaders to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement individual development plans, coach team members, and facilitate performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience working with computer components, building, and integrating systems.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, engineering discipline, revision control, PLM, and EOL.
