Job Title: Offshore Connectivity Technician

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Offshore Connectivity Technician. This role will require the candidate to have a strong understanding of network connectivity, end-user support, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure seamless network connectivity for our offshore teams
  • To provide efficient VDI access and robust end-user support
  • To manage JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments
  • Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune)
  • Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols
  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN

Benefits:

This is a contingency supply opportunity. We need candidates to be onboarded before September 25th. The mode of work is Hybrid, and we require the candidate to be based in Tier-1 cities in India.

About the Role:

Candidates should have strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills. They should also be able to troubleshoot and innovate in their work. A background in computer science or a related field would be beneficial.
