Job Description:

As a Windows desktop specialist, you will provide expert support for users experiencing issues with their Windows environments. Your extensive knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, and Group Policy management will enable you to resolve complex problems efficiently.

You will work closely with our team to administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policies, and basic network configurations. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying and managing systems using SCCM and Intune.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11, as well as familiarity with remote desktop tools and ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities include providing timely resolution to user issues, administering Active Directory and Group Policies, deploying systems using SCCM and Intune, and supporting the rollout and maintenance of Windows 11.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Intune
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and configurations
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ITIL framework
