Lead Quality Assurance SpecialistBelzabar Software Design seeks an experienced Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the quality assurance efforts for our web domain project.The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing, a strong analytical and logical mindset, and excellent communication skills.The selected person will be responsible for developing test strategies, leading the QA team, and ensuring the overall quality of the project.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans, processes, and strategies for web applications.
  • Manage and lead the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance.
  • Oversee API and performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Manage the QA team's workload and provide support in resolving issues.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies.
  • Manage complex quality assurance and test environment challenges and issues.
Requirements:
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in software QA testing role.
  • Good analytical and logical skills to be able to think through the new application and strategise testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of Web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool (Mabl).
  • Good understanding of Web and Mobile based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally have experience with Linux environment.
